Question 2000 CLK Instrument Cluster Bulbs Out

I have a 2000 CLK and my one of my speedometer backlighting bulbs is out.
How do I replace the Bulb ?
Do I have to remove Instrument cluster ?
If so, how do I remove the cluster to get to the bulbs??

Also: My instrument cluster display screen flickers on one half of it when I use turning signal.

Any sugestions??

Thank you

Allan
