A class transmission grinds

hello everyone, newbie here. A Class 168033, when shifting the gear from P to R a grinding noise is heard. no fault codes and actual values are okey according to star diagnosis. do you think its a sign for mechanical problems? can you sight where and how did it occur? thanks in advance. FYI: im a mbenz technician but still a rookie at this time. needs some advice on you guys. hoping to hear from you all. good day
