500SEL low power problem

Nope, replaced the oxygen sensor, still has the same low power problem.
Do you know my car has onboard diagnostic? The mechanic just guessing the problem.

One of my friend think that I may have pluged exhaust, he will perform a test for me.

Any suggestions?????
