500E Pitching from side to side
Hi,
My 60k 500E is pitching from side to side through the back, even on relatively flat surfaces. It almost feels as if one rear tyre is oval. Changed the tyres and no difference so its not the tyres. Car is relatively stable at 60mph. Any ideas of common causes?. Cannot imagine its the alignment. Could it be rear links? Could one nitrogen cell be compromised? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Cheers Farrukh |

It's time to exercise the 4 P's. Raise the car safely and Push, Pull, Pry and Prod on all suspension members, especially the dogbones and look for one with slack in it. If they are all tight FOR SURE, then the leveling system could possibly be at fault.
All this is, of course, assuming that you have checked tire pressure. Good luck, |
