W124 Heater Problem

W124 Heater Problem

W124 E200 1995 M. No A/C
Heater on drivers side constantly blowing hot air, tried changing heater matrix temp sensor, changed heater control panel both to no avail. Could anyone offer a solution to this frustrating HOT issue.
