Schematic Arrived!
Amazing what one can do with a set of accurate electrical schematics. Armed with the road map, I was able to trace through the circuits that are related to the problems. I am not done since time has been limited. So far, a PO had combined the four wires on the left, front door activated light switch onto one side of the switch. Correcting that, the relay no longer gets hot. Both #2 and #9 fuses are back in. The interior lights come on and go off as they are supposed to. The radio still comes on when the door is open even though the key is removed but at least I have made progress. Power seats work properly.
