W208 - Power seat problem

Today my CLK driver's seat is acting strange once again, this time it's serious. Whenever you want to recline the seat, you push the button the recline, the seat back will incline. When you push the button to incline the seat back it will incline. So two inclines, no recline.

The only way I was to able to recline the seat back was the recall my memory. Thank goodness for that or I wouldn't be able to drive the car! In the pass I had the same issue with the head rest which over time fixed itself. I called my friend at MB, he said he this is the first he's heard of it. He said not to change the switch that it could just be a relay. Any thoughts?

Have you tried to move the seat all the way forward then back. In the w210's that resets the seat and it's fine...

Yeah, I tried to re-synchronized the seat along with the head rest as stated in the manual with no success.

i called dealer and they said they are aware and fixing problem no cost.
