Hello,
Does anyone know how to get to the bulbs on my climate control. Have 2 lights out behind the pushbuttons. I would guess that there must be teeny-weeny bulbs behind there. |

On my '93 400E, you remove the wood face plate by taking off a couple of screws above the radio. The climate control lights are under two pieces of black tape on the front of the climate control panel. You get them out by finding some rubber tubing that fits snugly over the bulbs and gently pulling them out. The new ones go it the same way.

My stupid bulbs
In my climate control...the stupid lights come on and off at their own will when the headlights are on (92 400E). 95% of the time the climate control lights dont come on, but once in a blue moon they will, and as soon as I press a button on the AC, they shut of and wont come back on for like a month or so!!! Does this sound familiar to ANYBODY????????
Thanks....Peter
