87 190E stalling

my 190E has had some work done after sitting for a few years, it runs great and starts right up problem is that once you drive ,about a mile down the road, it just dies after i pull over it starts right up and goes down the road about another mile where it dies again, it does this all the time as long as you are driving, it will idle for hours, no problem, i have replaced the wires plugs rotor cap cleaned the injectors and cleaned all and evrything i could. would appreciate any help at all

Sounds like a fuel issue, have you changed the fuel filter? Possible that the sediment screen on the pickup in the fuel tank is glommed up after sitting.

Some true expert will probably chime in here at some point but the above is where an old farmer guy like me would start.

Sounds like the EHA valve to me.

I replaced my ehva to fix an untermitent stalling problem, mine never died once in motion.

If you want to play around before your drop money, try cleaning and lubing all the electrical connections you can see including the ground cables, two cans of injector cleaner is also a cheap fun game to play, good luck and enjoy

My '86 190e-16 had the same problems like yours. My mechnics found the broken O2 sensor wire. After he put new O2 sensor with wire, the problems solved.
