76'450sl no fire

I was finishing up a rebuild. I had the engine running earlier, worked on somemore hookups tried to restart, no fire. All the usual problems with a car this age, cracked insulation on wires etc. There is power to the resistors, 12v -9v and 9v-4v, 4v to the coil (????) Can someone give some trouble shooting directions.

Have someone crank the engine while you put your hand on the fuel pump to see if it's running. If it isn't you need to find out why.
