You would be better off posting diesel questions in diesel discussion. I'm not sure what you are referring to when you say "return rails". Can you take a picture of what you are talking about?

If you mean the small, fabric covered flexible lines running between the injectors and beyond, you can get that hose anywhere you get other MB parts. You cut it to fit.
