Not in 20 years! Don't worry about the winter jokes. There are advantages to having 4 real seasons. For example, auto restorations tend to be more thorough up north than down south. The long, cold months make for more meticulous restorations. Down here, we tend to put band-aids on our problems and keep driving...which is why it can be so hard to find older models in good condition!
