95 S320 won't start - help, please...

I did not have any problems with car yesterday. Rained overnight...Now, I go to start the car and the starter turns, but will not start. I noticed the usual "electrical sounds" from the engine compartment before you start the car are not there (fuel pump electrical?)...

I looked at the fuses, but couldn't find one blown...

I would appreciate any assistance.
