it can be drilled out.

i had this happen on an unobtainable aluminum wheel cylinder. i took it off the car and to my favorite machinist. he drilled out the bleeder, tapped the hole and threaded in a new bleeder with a minature bleed valve in it. it is a pipe thread. he locked it in with the permanent lock tite. the kits are generic. i dont know where to get them he had it in stock. i assume that they can be had from a parts store.

next time use pb blaster and wiggle the bleed valve back and forth many many times til it breaks loose. works almost every time. i havent broken one in maybe 20 years.

good luck

Is it for the front or rear calipers?

I think the rear are 8mm. Not sure about the front.
