Coolant Leak at Overflow Hose

Hoping for some help. I am getting a slow leak at the top of the rad where it joins the overflow tank hose to the fitting at the rad. This fitting is the one you can remove if you pry upward with a knife and the seepage is arounf this fitting. Is there a way of sealing it or does the problem require an alternate remedy?

Thanks,

The radiator nipple is a replacement item and is a cheap long term fix.
