Xenon replacements: Philips or Osram? Help!

I have a 99 E300 with factory OEM xenon bulbs that need to be replaced. They are starting to get dim and I would like to replace them with a BRIGHT HIGH OUTPUT 'white' spectrum xenon bulb. Would either a philips or osram 4300k bulb give me the light spectrum and output that I am seeking? Or, should I jump up to a 6000k bulb. My understanding is that the higher I go, then the output is decreased. Your thoughts?

Scott
