Angry 190E 2.6 [M103] Problems with mixture and starting...

Lets see if u all can help a confused "swede"

oookay here we go!!
I have problems to get the right CO-mixture, if i lean it rattles up to 2000RPM and then is the power coming, If I enrich the mixture it smokes really black (makes black spots on the ground) and takes about 2litres/10 kilometers, in both cases that little bastard is really tough to start up if the temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius/32 degrees farenheit

Things that I've been changed since i bought it is:
Complete mainfold with everything
Distributor Cap and Rotor for the ignition
Several sparkplugs
The OVP-relay
The fuel filtre

Can it be the Oxygen sensor that's messy? The engine reacts if i connect/disconnect it

P.S. I'll hope that you understand my bad english

Or could it be the battery that doesn't deliver the correct power to crank it? The starter spins normal, but regret to start!

In short: I have two problems to solve, may you help me please
