Question A/C Control Ilumination

I HAVE A 1999 E 430 ON WHICH THE NIGHT ILUMINATION ON THE A/C CONTROL MODULE DOES NOT WORK. DO I HAVE TO REPLACE THE MODULE OR DOES IT HAS LIGHT BULBS THAT CAN BE REPLACED?

Wink

There is a replacable bulb, MB number 002-544-02-94.

You need radio removal "keys" to remove that unit & install new bulb.

MB number on those KEYS are 963-589-01-05-00 (list $9.50 pair)

One bulb, not the same as instrument cluster bulbs.

Talking Instruments Lights

I saw on the catalog that there are 2 different bulbs for the instrument panel.
How do I know which to use without removing the panel? I want to replace all the bulbs because one is blown so I rather be safe than sorry.
