balancer for my 99 C280. What a difference, the car had a tapping noise on and off for about a year, now it is completely gone, the auto start feature works consistantly, before it was now and then. The engine seems to be taking more advantage of the CAI I installed this past summer. Also the engine is quieter then it ever was. The dealer also, replaced the serpentine belt at no charge as part of the recall. The dealer sent someone to pick up the car at 10AM and it was returned to me by 4PM. Has anyone noticed any difference in the way their cars perform who have had the balancers replaced?
