w126 stumbling...

I got the bright idea of powerwashing under the hood of my 1986 420SEL Saturday to try to locate the source of a power steering leak. The car started and ran OK afterward, until I went to the bank...I came out, and it would crank but not start. I went back Sunday PM, and it started OK, but I didn't drive it. I picked it up Monday PM, and it stumbled slightly, but seemed OK. I was driving home, and it seems to stumble under load with anything but VERY light throttle. It died in rush hour traffic, which was no fun at all.

The short version of this is a simple question...what did I get wet, and what do I do about it?
