LED lights in my climate control.

Although the lights in my climate control unti work excellent, I think it would be cool if I put some LED lights in there! I have a 420sel w126. I have seen some post on how to do them to a 124 series climate control but not sure if it is teh same concept. Btw- it gets confusing. How Do i get the bulbs out of there. thanks

On my 124 you start by removing the ash tray and then taking out the screw that hold down the dash plate.

Smiles.

However I've heard it said: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".

Use a piece of plastic tubing that well slip over the bulb and use it to pull the little rice bulb out

thanks. I will do that. I have been reading up on previous posts that I cannot just use the led bulbs themselves? I have to use some type of resistor or volatge control?
