'92 400E Does it have an OVP?

I'm having the typical problems described in this forum attributable to a faulty OVP (extreme sluggishness after warm up and rough idle).I've got relatively new plugs/rotors/harness/engine mounts so... I've started looking under the hood for it and can't seem to locate it. Does anyone know for sure that a '92 400E has one? Exact description and location would be most helpful as I hope to replace it , Thanks

The 124.034/036s do not have OVP relays, they are fitted with a BM (Base Module.) If it were a problem the instrument cluster would have some warning lights on and or your engine would crank but not start. Performance issues generally lie in one of two areas, fuel-inj or ignition. First and foremost check your engine harness, scrutinze it.
