Spark Plug Connector 560SL

I just bought a new set of ignition wires for my 1986 560SL Mercedes. I also bought the angled connectors for cylinders 3 & 4. All of the connectors to the spark plugs on the new set are straight connectors. How do I change out the straight connectors for cylinders 3 & 4 to the angled connectors. It looks like I would have to cut off the straight connectors and install the angled ones but do they get crimped or screw in or what?

Somebody that knows more than me should answer this, but I do not think you need angled connectors for this engine.

USA versions of the 560SL engines do not need angled connectors, the battery is in the trunk!
