I Need Help Troubleshooting a Window Problem

HI Everyone,
I'm new to this forum though I have been lurking for about a month. This forum has some great insights and I've learned quite a bit already. I'm hoping that I can pull on that knowledge base to help diagnosing a window problem I am having. Here is the a copy of the post I made on 'another' forum (sorry ).

I have a 99 CL500 (coupe). The rear windows drop down a centimeter or two when you open the doors. The problem is that the passenger side rear window doesn't drop down when the door is opened. The rear window does work under normal operations such as Auto-Down and measured drop downs with the push-button on the center console as well. The window does have a new window motor installed. Any ideas where to try troubleshooting?

Thanks for any help you can give on this one.

If the car is a C140.070 chassis then the "comfort" computer is responsible for that operation.

Located in the trunk on the right side behind carpet

Thank you very much MB DOC, your response is much appreciated.

The comfort computer sounds like a great place to start.

Thanks Again.
