how much longer? I'd try to see if taking the luglock off would let me rotate the wheel. I think the longer lug screwed something up, but I dont know the car

When installing lugbolts that are too long ( it doesn't take much ), the extra length will bind on the parkingbrake mechanism, and sometimes distort or damage it.
You'll have to pull the rotors and take a look at it.
