300CE Coupe Trunk Spoiler?

Finally found a decent trunk spoiler for my coupe. Was looking for the Zender "lip" type Ashman has, but VERY tough to find. I did find a Carat-Duchatelet "wing" type spoiler, coupe specific, which I think is a good second choice. It's exactly like the one in the attached picture. Would like opinions from all the W124 coupe owners out there: How do you think it looks? Requires drilling, and I'm not real sure. Many thanks in advance. Don

I prefer the clean lines of a stock coupe... but I am pushing 50.

my son has a 300e.... he hasn't indicated interest in one...even thought I thought it would be cool for him.

to each his own.

I have a 1990 300CE. While I like the original lines, I am not adverse to a spoiler or other add-ons done in "taste" and I'm pushing 63. Based on the one view, I think it looks good. It seems to match well with the cars lines.

300CE Spoiler

Well carymcooper, you and I are exactly the same age, and I agree with you wholeheartedly. IMO, the Carat spoiler is simple and not overwheming as some like the "ducktail" type (although it does looks right on the W124 or W201 sedan if it's molded in) and flows well with the 300CE classic lines. The spoiler is going to the body shop Monday for painting (Diamond Blue) and I'll post some pics after I finish the install. Thanks for everyone's opinions - appreciate it.

spoiler on 300CE

I personally prefer the clean lines of the stock look on my wife's 91 300CE...but then again, I just do not like spoilers on any cars that don't go 200 mph and really need them to hold down the ass end...but if it floats your boat then go for it.
