w124 Suspension Help

I will be replacing the suspension on my 1995 e320 this week with bilstien HD's. There is also a slight "clunk" when I go over speed bumps. It has to do with sway bar bushings I'm told. Is it the sway bar to frame bushing, or sway bar to control arm that produces the front end "clunk"

Thank you in advance,

Jay

The easiest way is just to visually check...

Turn the wheels to one side and then just look under the front end of the car. You should be able to see...

Either way, they are not that hard to replace, nor are they very expensive, and you don't need special tools.

Talking

Any thing else that could be causing these bumps, they only occur when I hit a bump.
