Adjusting kickdown switch: possible??

Fella's,
Is it possible to adjust the kickdown switch (W210) under the accelerator pedal so that it 'kicks in' a bit higher/earlier instead of having to floor the pedal??

Thanks!

Yes, but what I know that it's on w126 and I guess same method for w210. There is an alignment bar that in the top middle of the engine. You can align it shorter to get faster acceleration but always remember it's original alignment.

MB method
The KD switch is in a fix position; the pedal should have an adjustable lever behind it,which actives the switch, look behind the pedal.

Alternative performance method
Install a toggle switch wired in parallel to the kick down switch. You can have full control of the kick down solenoid. You can will active the full throttle kick down shift strategy sooner. , enhancing the performance of the car.
