Find any grounds that you can, and clean them with sand paper... THEN put some dilectric grease on them before reassembly. Try that on the pins for the ignition switch too
I'm wandering if you could try the ignition switch... from a junkyard, just to see? Youd have to make sure its known good, but w/e Stab in the dark, i dont know at all really... Intermittiant problems SUCK BALLS!!! good luck, and Gods speed ~Nate

And the guessing game continues.....
Was the accumulator changed out when the fuel pump(s) were replaced? Seems you have a warm start issue that might be attributed to fuel vaporing which supposedly happens if pressure in the fuel system is not maintained after vehicle is shut off. Fuel pump check valve(in pump) and accumulator are designed to prevent this(so I've read). I would wonder though, if a faulty accumulator/check valve could cause a stall once the vehicle is underway?
