Simple battery question

Ok, I am wondering if the MB batteries are the same as every other brand in that, when you check the fluid level in the cells and it's low, you should just add water to the battery? How about that run on rediculous sentence?

H2O in M.B. Battery

Yes and Yes...
as long as it is DISTILLED water. (no impurities, which would help the storage device along to that great battery heaven in the sky)

And while you're doing preventive maintenance on your car, don't forget to check the airpressure in your spare tire.

Look carefully at the side of the battery and you will notice that there is a fill line. Just fill to there with distilled water and you will be good to go.

Unless of course, you have a new MB with absorbed glass mat battery.

If yours has caps that can come off, it's so you can add water.
