horn?

hello, I've just finnish checking the threads and did not see anything on removel. I have a 88 2.3 190E.
my horn does'nt work not even get a power current when hitting the horn; so I"m thinking the connection is bad at the steering wheel. Anyone now the procedure without deploying the air bag?

Fuse?

Have you checked the fuses??? I thought the same thing but found a blown fuse after taking the air bag and wheel off

If you must take the air bag off disconect the battery first. Then remove the air bag keeping your face away from it. Disconnect the wire connector and place the air bag metal plate side down. If it goes off you would rather be hit by the bag then the plate.
