lil w124 body panel removal assistance

ok. I need to remove all the lower body panels.
The gray parts including both bumpers:

There are some visible screws, and I am sure there are plenty of clips I am going to break... any suggestions?

Thanks

All the bolts for the rear bumper are in the trunk. Front bumper are underneath the bumper and on both sides. The door mouldings have screws at the ends and you can trigger the clips from underneath the mouldings, then slide the mouldings to the rear to disengage the top. Everything can be removed in under an hour once you know how.

chances are you will need to replace some of the plastic clips that hold the mouldings.these are a dealer item only.good idea to remove the mouldings periodically.alot of dirt builds up behind.

Expect to break a number of the plastic clips that hold the lower plastic panels in place. The clips get very brittle with age. Take an accurate count before buying replacements, then get a few extra of each type to avoid a return trip to the dealer for additional clips. If you have several dealers nearby you may want to comparison shop, or call Caliber Motors at 1-800-252-6877.

Thanks dudes.

I gather there are several different types?

I don't have to reinstall the panels right away, so I can inventory the clipps, I guess.
