Can I Disconnect the Lumbar Support Pressure Regulator Switch without any problems?

I'm going to replace the Drivers Side Seat Plate which has the Lumbar Support Pressure Regulator in it. I have to disconnect the two hoses that go to the regulator in order to replace the switch into the new seat plate. Will the system automatically correct the pressure in/out when I reconnect the hoses? Do I have to do anything else to correct it or is it no big deal. Thanks for any insight you can give me.
