W126 - A/C system capacity include oil charge?

So the car holds 2.9lbs (from what the underhood tag reads) but does this include the oil charge?

Also, isn't the oil charge 8oz for the W126?

That is the refrigerant weight only

The oil has no effect on the thermodynamics of the A/C so it is weighed separately as you noted.
