seat removal

I am trying to remove the front seats on my 300E 1990, how do you get to the rear bolts? I have put the seat all the way up to the highest position and still they are not visible??? help

I wish it was that easy!

Hey thanks for the response Battlecat, but I wish it was that easy! when I set my seat all the way forward and look into the back for the set bolts, the rails from the seat are still covering it! it is not exposed like the picture shows, have you ever done this on your? it's possible that the seat is not going up all the way... I guess? if you know of any tricks send them my way! thanks - PS your car looks great!

Do you not see the bolts in both, passenger and driver seats? or is this happening in only one seat?

I haven't even tried the passenger seat, got so frustrated with the driver seat I decided to quit while I was ahead. why do you ask?

curious because on both my w124's those bolts are exposed...
