Is this Considered Dangerous-C1120 ESP Yaw Sensor Code?

While scanning for trouble codes on a recent BAS/ABS Warning Light (please see
BAS ABS Warning Light-Why would it go on... ) a Yaw Rate Sensor Code came up -This is approxiametly a $2000+ replacement. Is this a dangereous code to drive around with? Thanks for any help/insight you can give.
