560sl high idle ans antilock light
1986 560sl goes to 1800 rpm at the same time the antilock light comes on.i have a feeling my alt. is going out but can not catch it droping voltage.

Check your OVP Relay
2nd guess = voltage regulator on the alt.

i'd also check your OVP relay.. Does the car start quickly?
