needed timing marks for a1992 Mercedes Benzs

I need help find timing marks for a1992 Mercedes Benzs with a straight 6 dohc. i have replaced the head gasket . The original marks are unable to detect. If anyone can help please respone.

what year and model? post vin if able

Thanks for the reply. The vin is WDBFA61E2MF023369 The production date is 11/90 . The information sticker states that the engine size is a 3.0 V6 . That confuses me. When the plugs are in line. This is my first time using a form so please excuss any mistakes. If you like I can call you to expodited time or fell free to call me at 662 299 0317

Go buy a 124 shop manuel on CD from the dealer. $100.00 with all the information and pictures you want. If you have not done this job before and don't really know what you are doing, it is worth the ben. Better than taking a chance of bending a valve.
