Anyone in DFW area help with replacing vac control diaphrams on 87 300E?

Is there any one who has replaced the vac control diaphrams on a 124, lives in Dallas Fort Worth, and would not mind helping me replace mine? I am not sure I could do it well and would prefer not to have a shop do it. Thanks.
