can someone please help me figure out how to install this damn navi i bought on ebay. i went to several mercedes dealerships and all turned me down saying ridiculous things like i have to leave them a blank check for them to even start looking at it. i have a 2001 mercedes clk 55. i removed the old cd changer system that came with the car and i was able to put the navi in but several components are not working. the cd player works in dash only and not the changer. the navi doesn't work (it never connects to the satellite). basically i need help with the navi and cd changer hookup. I am very technically challenged, but a hard worker and willing to put the time in, with a little help. from what i see there are three adaptors that plug into the command 2.0. only two of the three from the old unit fit. i assume what i need to do is to buy the third adaptor or harness and rewire the system. i have some installation instructions but the colors for the wires do not match. also, i have an after market gps antena that i plugged in temperarily to see if i would get any connection from the satelite and got nothing. also, the command system does not turn off when i turn the car off and my stereing wheel controls don't work. i am assuming these problems are all because the system needs to be rewired correctly. please, please, please help. i am willing to pay for the help. another problem i am having is that i bought a speaker for the front door and dont know how to install it. thank you e-mail me at: agw80@aol.com
