W220 Climate Control - Air not coming out any vents

W220 Climate Control - Air not coming out any vents

My CC doesn't put airflow out of any vents even when I have the temp set to HI and the fan speed all the way up. I can hear the fan blowing (so the blower motor is good) but its as if all of the vents are closed - no matter what the airflow selector says.

Any ideas??
