A Mechanic Buddy Of Mine Who Has A Handheld Diagnostic Mb Computor Gave Me This Info-- Fault Code 1: 030 , Description : Can: No Data From Ea/cc/isc (n4/1)-----------control Unit : Asr - 5bps-----------mb No.: 013 545 39 32 He Basically Told Me I Needed A New Or Rebuilt Asr Control Unit. In Reading Some Archived Threads On Asr Problems I Noticed Alot Of People Had Luck With Smaller ,less Expensive Solutions. Anybody Out There Have Some Suggestions ? Thanks And Take Care.

Do more searches, and try more cheap solutions. That's the great beauty of an ASR problem - it's all guesswork anyway.
