Question Coil pack harness trouble need help..?

I'd like to know a few things about the wiring harness that goes to the coil packs. I have a 1995 C280. The rubber molding that's inside the spark plug cover is cracked in a few places and I think that's been my trouble of misfiring and rough idling. Has anyone ever replaced one of these? and does anyone know the offical name of this part? thanks in advance.

Wire harness..common fault item, but before you change it , look for insulation cracking.
The other common 104 engine misfires are caused by this part.. 1 under each coil...very common
