A/C Blower Motor brushes replaced - now noisy

I replaced the brushes in my climate control blower motor recently with the kit from ************** and now it squeals. The loud squealing comes and goes and is caused by the bushings in motor.

My question is, what should you lube the motor bushings with? I used a R/C car motor bearing oil when i replaced the brushes. This seems to have attracted tiny contaminents and causes noise when motor is spinning.

Should it be a dry lube?
