Can Anyone Advise Me Where The Location Of The "electronic Change Over Valve" Is And If It The Cause Of Heat Comming In Through The Side And Deforst Vents?

Lack of vacuum is the cause>> The vacyym switch-over valve is BESIDE the glove box, just to the right by the right outer a/c vent. You need to remove the glove box liner.

I CHANGED: MONO ( BEHIDE THE VENT) VALVE, HEATER VALVE, REPLUGGED THE POD BEHIND THE CLUSTER.
ON ACCELERATION ON THE HIGH WAY HEAT BLAST IN, I'M LOOKING AT THE CHECK VALVE AT THE ABOVE THE FUSE BOX; BUT WHEN I DISCONNECT IT I HEAR PRESSURE RELEASED. AND I DISCONNECTED THE AUX WATER PUMP.[IMG][/IMG]ALL OPINS WELCOME

You need to get to the vacuum switch over valve & check each vacuum element...

Did you check the vacuum line that goes toward the right side of the car from that check valve under the hood. There is a vacuum storage tank under the right fender inner liner. THE vacuum line goes RIGHT by the battery & many times battery acid fumes EAT the plastic vacuum lines.
