Will a regular M102 AT work in a 190E 2.3-16?
Is the 722.400 from a 190E 2.3 the same as the 722.400 from a 2.3-16? Can a 2.3 AT be used behind a 2.3-16? Will the 722.408 from an 87-up 2.3 work behind an 86 2.3-16?
Thanks, Sixto |

If you need it, I've got a 16v auto tranny sitting here in my garage.

Thanks, I'll keep it in mind. I was thinking more of putting a 16V in place of a regular M102.

Not much real difference in any of the 722.4 transmissions (except the 1985 California 300DT's)...even the 1994-96 C-class transmissions will FIT the 190E's
