with a cutting machine, I have to cut all around the black cover, finally y remove the black colar and can see what was the problem, there is 1 spring you have to push down to release the tumbler, this ones is 1.2 inch deeper, but there is another release mechanism, they release the black collar from the neck, this mechanism is on both sides, so you have to put both wires on both holes to almos the end, where the collar finish, and if you did your tool well, you will push this springs inside releasing the black collar, in mi case one of this release devic was stuck with dirty particules . I didn't find any of this stuff on any forum, no pictures no draws, and im sure is good to know so you know what are you fighting .....
I will try to find a camera so I can put pics of all the mechanism .
