Manual conversion has begun!!

Donor: '88 300E 5-speed manual
Donee: '90 300E 4-speed auto

I have located a donor car ($800) and have finalized discussing the project with my mechanic. The conversion will begin soon. I'll try to post as many details as I can.

I have read all the posts regarding this issue but I would like to clarify a few points:

1. The swap should bolt on, correct?
2. What are some difficulties we may encounter?
3. Where the heck do I get a new clutch from?
4. How many hours of labour sound reasonable for this kind of conversion? (We're talking expert mechanic)
5. If anybody needs parts from the donor car, let me know.
