UHI/MHI Install Help? DIY

Hello,
I am reseraching to find out how to install a UHI/MHI unit. I have a C55 AMG 06 and I am looking to install that kit in order to have BT in my car.

So I am wondering how hard or easy:
1. Is to remove the center console to run wires?
2. Remove the Command system or have acces to the command system to connect some cables?
3. Any place I can get this part numbers a bit cheaper, Q6820955 & Q6820907?
