Question 500E jack stands

As I have noted before in another thread I am in the process of getting my 92 500E back on the road after a fire underneath that also damaged the rear footwells etc. I have finished sandblasting and sealing the rear footwells and under the rear seat cushions ( cleaned with acetone and sealed with self etching primer and to be coated with herculiner and factory soundinsulation or dynamat ). I have crawled under the vehicle and need to sandblast clean and seal the recess for the fuel pump and filters ( I will post photos later of the entire process before and after ). I need some elbow room and since it has been about 5 years since I had to have an E-class up in the air I know the normal jacking points but remember placing jacks at those points and carefully jacking from the rear diff. Being carefull not to damage or break the cooling fins at the rear of the diff. Any put ?, I expect this to be up in the air for about 3-4 days. I wish someone made a jacking accesory like I have for my 82 911. It is a jack pad that goes into the standard location but has a plate welded on to sit in the saddle of a floor jack. I know I could make one but a freind borrowed my welder recently and is currently out of state. Ideas ?
I want to get all four wheels off the ground since I am going to have the rotors turned and install new pads before I get it on the road again.

Alan
